Beaumont College Arts Festival 2011
A celebration of work produced by students and guests over the year.
The Gruffalo
Students from Beaumont Collgege together with pupils from Dean Barwick Primary School (Cumbria), theatrical make up students from Lancaster & Morecambe College and Witherslack Equestrian Centre (Cumbria) will take part in an Inter-education interpretation of “The Gruffalo”.
This production is a celebration of inter-educational disciplines and an accumulation of peer lead workshops which include storytelling, performance and equestrian social interaction and confidence building with peers. The workshops have taken place over the past several months between the above learners and students. This will culminate in the production of “The Gruffalo”.
This event will take place on Wednesday 29th June between 11:00am and 1:00pm at Dean Barwick Primary School. Witherslack. Grange-over-Sands. Cumbria. LA11 6RS. Tickets by invitation only.
